About Estate Auctions
Estate Auctions is where we started at Kraft Auctions and it still forms much of the core of our business. Our team assists clients in a variety of ways including:
- Handling assets of a deceased loved one
- Assisting remote heirs with local assets
- Downscaling due to relocation or lifestyle changes
- Decluttering households
- Collaborating with attorneys, wealth managers, or real estate agents managing estates or excess assets
We have a wide range of capabilities for helping our clients manage Estates. Our team loves a traditional live onsite estate auction! If a live onsite sale is not the right solution for your assets, we have the capabilities and equipment to do full or partial home clean outs. Specialty items and collections can either be sold in conjunction with the estate or in one of our specialty sales.
In collaboration with our real estate division, Kraft Auction is able to offer a full end-to-end solution for estates where we can start with cleaning out the house, selling the items, prepping the property (deep cleaning, yard maintenance), and ending with a Real Estate Auction to get top dollar for the property itself.
