What is your professional background or experience prior to joining Kraft?

Prior to my employment with Kraft Auctions I worked as a Sales associate, eventually becoming an Assistant Retail Manager.

When did you start working for Kraft?

I started working for Kraft Auctions in October of 2016.

What are your primary responsibilities in your current role?

In our real estate division and all other auctions I am the primary point of contact for our customers. I coordinate the auction from the the initial walkthrough with the customer, managing the process all the way through the auction sale date as well as post auction. I ensure a successful experience not just for the seller, but for the buyer as well. I also oversee our Auction Managers at our other facilities ensuring a successful auction for each of our affiliate locations.

Have you held any other positions at Kraft prior to your current role?

I have held multiple positions as Kraft Auctions including Auction Laborer, Cataloging Specialist, Building Manager, and Auction Manager.

What do you enjoy most about working at Kraft Auction/Kraft Real Estate?

Finding timely solutions for customers, while assisting in downsizing personal estates, helping clients find treasures, and developing employees to see their potential. The most rewarding part is being a part of a company that sets the standard for auction excellence.

What do you believe sets Kraft apart from other auction and/or real estate services?

Kraft Auctions is large enough to help clients get top dollar for their items, yet being part of a family business that it prides itself in.
