Valparaiso Facility
Corporate Headquarters
Where our Anniversary Auction, semi-annual toy auctions, collector car auction, vintage truck and tractor auction, gun auctions, large land auctions, and other specialty sales are held. Established in 2018 this property continues to grow as our business continues to grow.
Walkerton Facility
Great for farm and heavy equipment auctions
In 2020 Kraft Auction Service began working in partnership with the Fisher family to provide online auctions at their facility. In 2022 Kraft purchased the facility, and now hosts 4 annual live and online farm and heavy equipment consignment auctions a year on the 50+ acre facility.
Syracuse Facility
Live and Online Auctions
In 2023 Kraft expanded into Kosciusko County and now has a 13,000 square foot auction gallery. This facility hosts both live and online auctions. Managed by Kyle Dukes, this facility is the premiere auction facility of Northeast Indiana.
LaPorte Facility

Since 2020 Kraft has expanded to the La Porte County market partnering with Lighthouse Estate Management. We started in Michigan City, and have now expanded into a new, recently renovated location in La Porte, Indiana! We are hosting monthly three day online only consignment auctions here selling over 5000 lots a month from this location. By hosting auctions here we have been able to increase the amount of items we can offer a month, which is great for our sellers and buyers.
Wanatah Facility

The newest auction facility to be added to list auction facilities is our Wanatah location. This location will host the monthly consignment auction previously held in Valparaiso, and now will be permanently moved to Wanatah. With 26,000 square feet and 5 acres, this facility is located just minutes from US-30 and 421, it is an easy access facility for all buyers and sellers.
DeMotte Facility

Since December of 2022, Kraft has partnered with Tyler Musch to host a quarterly farm and construction consignment auction in DeMotte. This newly formed sale is a growing event, and the perfect place to consign any piece of equipment. Sales are hosted there in March, June, August, and November.
Crown Point Facility
Great for real estate clients
This location is our home office for Kraft Real Estate Services. The perfect meeting place for any of our real estate clients, we are excited to serve real estate clients throughout Indiana.
