What are your primary responsibilities in your current role?

Uhhhh… this would be shorter to list what I don’t do. Lol!
Operations Manager Syracuse Location, anything and everything that
needs to be done to keep things running smoothly and moving forward in
a positive direction

What do you enjoy most about working at Kraft Auction/Kraft Real Estate?

Love all the new consignors and customers I meet and getting to know
them! Love seeing all the unique and different items come through and
always learning new things and facing new challenges.

What do you believe sets Kraft apart from other auction and/or real estate
services?

At the Syracuse, IN location, we are set up a little different than other
locations as a storefront on main street so we have constant foot traffic in
and out of our building. I believe what sets us apart is the constant
communication between consignors and customers, keeping them
informed throughout the entire process and going out of our way to make
sure they are happy with the result either as a consignor or as a buyer. I
strongly believe that “word of mouth” is one of the best advertisements for
any company!
