Conrad Kraft is the founder of Kraft Auction Service and has been an auctioneer for 31 years. Growing up working at the local sale barn, Conrad learned from his Uncle Russ working at the sale barn and the auction business. Graduating from Missouri Auction School in 1976, Conrad went on to grow a successful business in Northwest Indiana. 

Jonathan Kraft, the son of Conrad and Tammy Kraft, is a second generation auctioneer. Ever since he was old enough to walk Jonathan has worked in the auction business. Over the years has learned many things by growing up in an auction family. In 2005 he graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA. Since then he has been the lead auctioneer for Kraft Auction Service and specializing in real estate, antique, and benefit-charity auctions. Also, he has worked nationally for Kruse International auctioning collector cars, in the Philippines with Asia International Auctioneers, and nationally with Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers. In 2007 Jonathan was the reserve champion International Junior Auctioneer and Indiana Auctioneer. Then in 2008 Jonathan was awarded the Michigan State Champion Auctioneer. Jonathan went on again to take reserve champion and the Indiana Champion Auction contest and also won 4 marketing awards!

Jim Lestinsky is a part time auctioneer with Kraft Auction Service, works with our benefit and charity auctions, and owns and operates Lestinsky Auction Service in Laporte. Jim has been in the business since 1993 and has operated many of the largest auctions in Northwest Indiana in that time. He was awarded the 2007 Champion Indiana Auctioneer and looks forward to helping you with your benefit auction.
